The repair specialist needs to check the electric oil pump, centralized lubrication system, heat sink of the main motor, input shaft of the cam shedding mechanism, solenoid brake, weft finder, shear, selvedge forming device, and temple.

Check if the ring seat of the temple rotates flexibly or there is any abrasive wear occurring to the said ring. Inspectors also have to make sure there is no air hose leak, the centralized lubrication system does not leak, and the oil pump is not damaged or bent. The flying fibers which might have been piled up inside the control box should be removed. The height error of the heald frame should be restricted within a range of ±2mm. Other check points that users need to watch out for include the oil filter screen, warp let-off shaft, wire insulation and coating, brake clearance, gear surface, and heald frame.

Check if the transmission gear box, warp let-off gear box, and cloth take-up gear box are well lubricated. Remove any iron scraps contained in the cam shedding system. Care also needs to be taken to inspect the screen mesh of the oil filter and remove any foreign matters that might block the said screen mesh. The steel reed should be cleaned. Additionally, users need to watch out for the main nozzles and aide nozzles in case they are scratched or bent.

Tighten the screws into the nozzle carrier.

Due to long use, the cloth take-up roll, fabric press roll, and their rough-surfaced rubber may be worn down. It is acceptable if the warp roll shaft is worn down within the range of0.3mm. The buffer (which has been used to cushion the impact of rolling parts against each other) might give decreased cushioning performance. In that case, you need to change the buffer.

There might be insufficient lubricating oil in the solenoid valve. The cloth take-up roll cannot roll flexibly. Solutions for those two problems might include adding lubricating oil to the valve and change a new roll to perform the take-up motion.

Check the bearing, oil seal, gear, cam, shaft bushing, yarn stop pin, main motor, motor frame, shedding system, warp let-off motion, cloth take-up motion, and weft accumulator.

• Main Transmission Parts: Replace the crankshaft, shaft bearing, and oil seal by new ones.
• Shedding System: Change the old cam shaft bearing, steel rope, return spring, and reversing shaft bearing.
• Replace the timing belt and clean the oil filter.
• Clean the reed on a regular basis.
• Replace the internal parts and components in the drum-type weft accumulator.
• Clean the main nozzle, air filter, solenoid valve, and pressure relief valve. Check the air hose and its configurations.
• Repair or replace the servo motor, buffer and its internal components.
• Check the brake roller, chains, tensioner, and adjustment pin of the take-up roll. Take good care of the friction disk. Replace the rough-faced rubber if necessary.
• Check and replace the planetary gear of the selvedge forming device, bobbin bearing, weft-insertion shaft, and coupling.
• Check or replace the cable of the weft finder.
