RIFA operates a highly advanced manufacturing and processing line which is equipped with several vertical CNC machining centers and a horizontal CNC machining centers. We have invested 3.5 million RMB in introducing one sheet metal production line which includes the super laser cutting machine from Switzerland and CNC bending machine.

In 2016, RIFA invested 6.4 million RMB in introducing the new type of powder coating line which can carry out pre-coating for all the parts of the textile machinery. This can improve the overall quality of the products.

One of the most significant goals of RIFA is the development of energy-saving and environmentally friendly and highly efficient textile machinery. In the course of our technical development processes, we widely adopt automated technology. We also utilize AC multi-motor synchronous variable frequency speed control systems for the driving systems of our equipment. We widely adopt PLC or IPC control systems. Because of this advanced technology, RIFA is able to realize online monitoring of various manufacturing parameters to improve the level of automation in our finished equipment.
