RIFA operates a highly advanced manufacturing and processing line which is equipped with several vertical CNC machining centers and a horizontal CNC machining centers. We have invested 3.5 million RMB in introducing one sheet metal production line which includes the super laser cutting machine from Switzerland and CNC bending machine.

In 2016, RIFA invested 6.4 million RMB in introducing the new type of powder coating line which can carry out pre-coating for all the parts of the textile machinery. This can improve the overall quality of the products.

Different business units are responsible for different products of RIFA, including business units for the rapier loom, air jet loom and terry rapier loom. Each product and business unit is independent from each other. They even have their own assembling workshop and parts warehouse etc.

All the equipment produced by RIFA features a zero inventory management. Thus, the storage of the parts are decided according to the orders.

The machining workshop of RIFA is equipped with a CNC lathe, CNC plasma cutting machine, vertical CNC lathe, end miller and some other precision processing equipment.

This workshop is responsible for the assembly of the rapier loom. The monthly output is more than 100 sets of rapier looms.

This workshop is responsible for the sub-assembly of the rapier loom. The monthly output is more than 100 sets of rapier looms.

The workshop takes charge of the assembly of the terry towel loom. The monthly production capacity is more than 60 looms.

This workshop is in charge of the assembly of the air jet loom. The monthly output is more than 350 looms.

This assembling workshop takes charge of assembly of the water jet loom. And the monthly production capacity is more than 300 looms.
