One of the most significant goals of RIFA is the development of energy-saving and environmentally friendly and highly efficient textile machinery. In the course of our technical development processes, we widely adopt automated technology. We also utilize AC multi-motor synchronous variable frequency speed control systems for the driving systems of our equipment. We widely adopt PLC or IPC control systems. Because of this advanced technology, RIFA is able to realize online monitoring of various manufacturing parameters to improve the level of automation in our finished equipment.

In order to improve the efficiency of the product R&D and shorten the R&D cycle, RIFA takes the following steps:
Our company has an advanced CAD designing center, PDM data managing system and the advanced 3D design workstation. We have also introduced the 3D design software from PTC, America which can realize 3D dynamic model assembly experiment only with the computer.

• Our quality is strictly controlled according to ISO9000 standards. We also adopt the traditional whole process quality tracking system.
• RIFA strengthened its internal management system during the manufacturing process. We carry out whole processes involving the tracking of the product quality from internal material input to product output as a closed cycle. Meanwhile, we carry out strict checking of the part pull rate and qualified rate.
• After finishing the assembly of the textile machinery, the quality controller will carry out strict testing strictly according to the testing system such as coordinate detection, thickness detection to ensure the assembling integrity and running efficiency of the textile machinery. Then the products can be delivered to our customers.
